Who is it for?

It is for customers who have been injured due to an accident in a public place, for example a supermarket, gym or public footpath.

What does it cover?

Our policy provides cover for legal costs to pursue a claim against those responsible. Our policies offer comprehensive cover with a limit of indemnity ranging from £25k to £100k.

Is there anything else you should know?

To establish a claim a breach in the duty of care must be evident and proven within 3 years from the date of the incident
