What is Rent Guarantee Insurance?

Rent Guarantee insurance pays the monthly rent when a tenant stops paying until vacant possession is obtained or the tenancy ends.

What do we cover?

The insurance covers any amount of monthly rent owed by tenants who default on monthly rental payments for any reason shown in the policy.

Points to consider

Even the most reliable tenants can suffer unexpected financial hardship meaning that they are not able to meet their rental obligations. Our policy helps by ensuring rental income is protected at a stressful time for your landlord customers.

We will require tenants to have a valid credit reference and evidence of affordability at the time their tenancy begins.

We will cover up to £3,500 rent per month

Your customers can only buy Rent Guarantee insurance in conjunction with our Landlords Legal Expenses Insurance.

We cover up to 12 months rent.
