In addition to underwriting Legal Expenses Insurance, Financial & Legal is authorised by the FSA to underwrite insurance policies for Financial Loss and Financial Assistance.

We currently have products available to insure against aborted costs incurred in certain property transactions (e.g. Right to Buy and remortgaging). We also have relationships with certain intermediaries who can provide access to all of the services required for either of these transactions.

A number of new policies are currently in development and further details will appear here in due course.
