Financial & Legal Insurance began life as a specialist Legal Expenses Insurance underwriter, originally providing only Before the Event (“BTE”) insurance. The company offers a wide range of such products covering the needs of individuals and companies alike.

We are happy to underwrite BTE policies on an individual or block arrangement for Motor and Household Products. Our products have been developed in line with the needs of our customers. We continue to adapt and consider all new arrangements and types of policies as requests are received.

In addition to BTE policies, we also underwrite After the Event (“ATE”) in support of Conditional Fee Agreements. We provide cover for claims arising from personal injuries (including Employers Liability, Public Liability and Industrial Disease claims) and commercial litigation.

We are happy to consider individual risks upon application of a proposal form or a file of papers.
